When Whitecoat first created the Provider Portal it was a clunky, quick fix platform that gave users little control of their profiles.
Since upgrading The Portal, it now has a friendlier UX and UI that allows health practitioners to check on their business’ performance by viewing their key statistics, such as profile views, bookings and patient reviews from a mobile or desktop device. It also enables providers to easily sign up to Online Appointments and Whitecoat Practice Listings, to further increase their booking performance.
Practitioners are also offered special discounts from Whitecoat partners that benefit both their business and their patients, only through the Offers tab in the Provider Portal.
